The prerequisite for participation in analytica is the fully completed online registration . Based on the information provided there, we will check whether your company can be admitted as an exhibitor. Upon receipt of your online registration, you will receive an automated registration confirmation by e-mail. There is no official registration deadline. However, you should bear in mind that some services will no longer be bookable after May 2022 or only at an additional charge. The planning of the halls will start in mid September 2021. In October you will receive a stand offer (by email incl. hall plan). Please confirm your stand proposal in writing within the set deadline. If you do not accept your stand offer, you can request an alternative placement or withdraw your registration free of charge
This includes in addition: the communication fee, the AUMA fee as well as the basic waste disposal on the premises before, during and after the fair. In addition, the advance payment for services is booked with the registration. Further services such as stand construction and related equipment details (e.g. partition walls, carpeting, electricity), as well as exhibitor passes and advertising materials, can be ordered according to your wishes via our Exhibitor Shop from end of 2021 onwards. As an exhibitor, you can register co-exhibitors on your stand space. The registration fee per co-exhibitor is 1,170.00 Euro and will be charged to the main exhibitor.
Like the main exhibitor, all co-exhibitors will be listed as independent exhibitors in the trade fair media and in the online exhibitor directory. They will also receive their own account for the analytica Exhibitor Shop.
A co-exhibitor exhibits at the stand of a main exhibitor with his own personnel and his own exhibits. That includes companies from the same group of companies and subsidiaries. The main exhibitor must sign the application form.
An additionally represented company is a company whose products or services are offered by the main exhibitor without the company being represented by its own personnel at the exhibition stand. Please keep in mind that sales organizations that exhibit the products of various manufacturers must register those manufacturers as additionally represented companies.

Registration for analytica is initially non-binding. From the time of registration until the placement offer is signed, you will therefore not incur any cancellation costs in the event of a cancellation.
Cancellation fees will only be incurred if you wish to return your stand space after written confirmation of your placement proposal. Cancellation must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.

If the trade fair is cancelled, the costs of the participation fee (space rental) will be reimbursed. Other services (e.g. communication fee, stand construction, etc.) that have already been provided by the trade fair will be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis.
Yes, the on-site event will be supplemented by a digital format, "analytica Online".
There are no booths at the online event; instead, the entries are more like those of a portal. The focus of "analytica Online" is on the networking function, i.e. the opportunity to establish contacts between exhibitors and visitors, as well as between exhibitors and exhibitors. This can take place in the form of an on-site meeting (appointment booking via Outlook calendar) or via video conference.
In addition, parts of the scientific conference and the supporting program will be presented online.
By registering for analytica 2022 and paying the associated obligatory communication fee of EUR 1,070, all exhibitors are automatically registered for "analytica Online", the digital format of analytica.
This means that all exhibitors will be present on "analytica Online" with their entries made in the exhibitor catalog (exhibitor database on www.analytica.de). At the moment, additional advertising options are being created. We will approach all exhibitors again in writing (e-mailing) with a service package at the end of the year.
By participating in the face-to-face trade show, exhibitors are automatically registered for the digital format "analytica Online". It is up to the exhibitor which functionalities he uses at the digital event.
