Your application for analytica

Application as main exhibitor
Anyone wishing to participate in analytica as an exhibitor must apply online as a main exhibitor. The application is not binding. How you can apply, and what you should pay attention to, is explained here.
Main exhibitors who wish to have co-exhibitors at their stand must register them online as well. The registration for co-exhibitors takes place separately. Further information can be found here.
Tip: If possible, please use the browser Google Chrome in order to fill out the online application form. In other browsers display problems may occur.

Main exhibitor application
We are pleased that you would like to participate in analytica as a main exhibitor. Please read the following instructinos carefully; they contain important information regarding the application process. All further information on preparing your trade-fair participation can be found under Tips, Dates & Deadlines.
Please note:
When registering, you can either book just the stand space ( without stand construction) or a combined package ( stand space incl. stand construction). Stand construction, stand equipment and other services can also be booked later via the Exhibitor Shop.
How to apply
- Take note of the Conditions of Participation A, the Technical Guidelines and the Conditions of Participation B.
- Switch to the online application and enter all required data. Please do not forget to submit them at the end. Are you having problems registering? You can find more information here.
- The registered company is the contractual partner and thus the invoice recipient. If a different invoice recipient is desired, the trade-fair management must be informed as early as possible by e-mail to projektleitung@analytica.de and an appropriate form must be filled out. This is
available for download.
Subsequent invoice changes will be charged with 50 EUR.
- The contact named in the application will receive the placement proposal as well as the access data for the analytica Exhibitor Shop.
We strongly recommend you to apply early. The sooner you do it, the greater the chance that you will receive your desired placement.

Important information on using the Messe München Account for exhibitor registration
Due to new security guidelines we have changed our login procedure for exhibitors: From now on you only need one password for all Messe München online services.
1. You don't have a Messe München account yet?
Register again at the beginning of your online exhibitor registration and assign a new password (at least 12 characters with upper and lower case letters, number(s) and special characters (NO “@” and “_”). You will receive an e-mail with a verification code, which you must confirm within 60 minutes.
2. You already have a Messe München account?
Please log in with your access data
3. Your previous access data doesn't work?
Use the “Forgot password” function or register again if necessary.
Application as co-exhibitor
Main exhibitors who wish to register co-exhibitors for participation in analytica can do so online using an individual link. The registration is mandatory.
Application
Main exhibitors will find the individual link for co-exhibitor registration in the aplication confirmation that they receive from us after successful online aplication.
The link is also available in the analytica application portal . Under the menu item “My registrations” you can find your submitted registration(s). Select the “Co-exhibitor” icon under “Actions”. There you will find the link to register your co-exhibitors.
Fee
Each registered co-exhibitor will be invoiced to the main exhibitor. This amount covers the costs of the communication fee. Co-exhibitors are included in the trade fair media to the same extent as main exhibitors. The entry is mandatory.

FAQ about online application
I was already registered as an exhibitor, but I can no longer log in
Due to new security guidelines we have changed our login procedure for exhibitors: From now on you only need one password for all Messe München online services.
To do this, you will need to re-register at the beginning of your online exhibitor application (Click on “New User Registration”) and assign a new password.
The new password must contain the following elements: At least 12 characters with upper and lower case letters, number(s) and special characters (NO "@" and "_").
We use the two-factor authentication: You will receive an email with a verification code to the registered email address.
We are currently working at full speed to simplify the registration process.

My new password is not accepted
Please note when assigning a new password: @ and _ (underscore) are NOT accepted as special characters.
I don't see the history of trade fair registration in Munich after logging in
There may be several reasons for this, including the fact that you may registered with a different company name (e.g. a different branch) and your customer account is therefore not identical.

I cannot send my registration
Please check that you have selected the number zero and not the letter O for the co-issuers.
Ensure that you have not overlooked a mandatory field. Please pay attention to any highlighting or notes in your application to correct any errors or missing information.
