When will the next analytica take place in München?

The next analytica will take place from April 09–12, 2024, at the Messe München trade-fair center in Munich.

Does analytica have a supporting program?

Yes, there is a very diverse supporting program at analytica. Here, the focus is on knowledge transfer and exchange: analytica's supporting program is a practice-oriented platform for new contacts, best practice tips and the illustration of current trends using case studies and live demonstrations.

What is the analytica conference and where can I find additional information about it?

The analytica conference takes place on the first three days of the trade show at the ICM and is the scientific highlight of analytica. Renowned experts from all over the world will report on new developments in analytics.

What are the participation fees for analytica 2024?

How can I register to exhibit at analytica 2024 and is there an application deadline?

To participate in analytica 2024 you can apply directly online. Based on your responses, we will decide whether your company can be admitted as an exhibitor. To the online application .
There is no official registration deadline. However, you should take into account that an early registration favors the realization of your desired placement. Please also bear in mind that some services will no longer be bookable after March 2024 or only at an additional charge. If you have any questions regarding your participation, please do not hesitate to contact us .

When is the start of placement and when will we receive our stand proposal (stand location and stand number)?

The planning of the halls will start approx. in April 2023. End of May you will receive a stand offer (by email incl. hall plan). Please confirm your stand proposal in writing within the set deadline.

If you do not accept your stand offer, you can request an alternative placement or withdraw your registration free of charge.

Once you have confirmed your stand location, cancellation is only possible against payment of a stipulated cancellation fee. Additional information is available under Item “A2 Admission” in the General Terms of Participation.

What have we booked with our registration?

This includes in addition: the communication fee, the AUMA fee, the energy cost surcharge as well as the basic waste disposal on the premises before, during and after the fair. In addition, the advance payment for services is booked with the registration. Further services such as stand construction and related equipment details (e.g. partition walls, carpeting, electricity), as well as exhibitor passes and advertising materials, can be ordered according to your wishes via our Exhibitor Shop .

May co-exhibitors exhibit at our stand? And if so, how can they register?

As an exhibitor, you can register co-exhibitors on your stand space. Please use the link you will receive as main exhibitor with your registration confirmation.

The registration fee per co-exhibitor is 1,270.00 Euro and will be charged to the main exhibitor.Like the main exhibitor, all co-exhibitors will be listed as independent exhibitors in the trade fair media and in the online exhibitor directory. They will also receive their own account for the analytica Exhibitor Shop as well as one free exhibitor pass.

When will we receive the admission invoice?

Admission invoices will be sent out in fall/winter of 2023 and should be paid by January 2024.

What additional services can I book?

As an exhibitor, you have the opportunity to book a wide range of services: professional stand construction, individual equipment and state-of-the-art technology. Do you need exhibitor passes, advertising materials or support in successfully preparing for the trade show? Detailed information and direct booking options will be conveniently available to you in the Exhibitor Shop .

How many exhibitor passes do I receive as an exhibitor or co-exhibitor?

Each exhibitor or co-exhibitor will receive a certain number of free exhibitor passes for the period of the fair.

Stand sizes up to 12m²: 2 passes
Stand sizes up to 20m²: 3 passes
Stand sizes over 20m²: 1 additional pass for each additional 20 m² or portion thereof.

Co-exhibitor: 1 pass

Additional exhibitor passes are available for EUR 48.00 each. The exhibitor passes must be personalized, are intended for stand personnel only and can be managed in the Exhibitor Shop . They may not be passed on to third parties. In the event of unauthorized use, Messe München is entitled to revoke the exhibitor pass.

What are vouchers and online vouchers for one-day tickets?

With (Online-) Vouchers you can invite your customers to analytica easily and inexpensively. You will automatically receive a starter package with 100 vouchers by e-mail. Additional vouchers can of course be ordered in in our Exhibitor Shop .

Price: 37 EUR/voucher*
Minimum order quantity: 30 vouchers

*Please note: However, you only pay for the tickets that have actually been redeemed and no more than two online vouchers per square meter of stand space. Co-exhibitors and exhibitors on joint stands pay for a maximum of 30 vouchers

What are the cancellation costs if I cancel my participation??

Registration for analytica is initially non-binding. From the time of registration until the placement offer is signed, you will therefore not incur any cancellation costs in the event of a cancellation.

Cancellation fees will only be incurred if you wish to return your stand space after written confirmation of your placement proposal. Cancellation must be made in writing to

If the stand can be re-rented, the cancellation charges will be 25 percent of the participation fee. If it is no longer possible to sublet the stand, 100 percent of the participation fee will be charged. More information can be found in item "A2 Admission" of the General Conditions of Participation.
