Participation fees

All information about the prices for stand space can be found here.

You have the option of booking either pure stand space (without stand construction) or one of our combination packages (stand space incl. stand construction).

Application process main exhibitor

Application: to participate in analytica 2026 you can apply directly online. Based on your responses, we will decide whether your company can be admitted as an exhibitor.

To the online application

Procedure: the contact person responsible for organizing the trade fair must first log into the registration system.
If you do not yet have access data from the last event or if the contact person has changed, you must register again (Create Messe-München Account). After registration, the system will guide you step by step through the registration process, which is finally saved by clicking "Create" and sent to us by clicking "Send registration". An automatic confirmation e-mail with a pdf version of your registration will be sent to you after you have completed the online registration.You can also log in with your Messe München account at any time later. Under "Registration" you will find an overview of your sent registrations per stand area.

Please note: no subaccounts can be created for the registration account (Messe München Account).

Withdrawal from participation: registration for analytica 2026 is not legally binding, i.e. withdrawal of registration is possible free of charge until the placement proposal has been confirmed.

Registration deadline: there is no official registration deadline. However, you should take into account that an early registration favors the realization of your desired placement. Please also bear in mind that some services will no longer be bookable after February 2026 or only at an additional charge.

Application process co-exhibitor

As an exhibitor, you can register co-exhibitors on your stand space. Please use the link you will receive as main exhibitor with your registration confirmation.

The registration fee per co-exhibitor will be charged to the main exhibitor. Like the main exhibitor, all co-exhibitors will be listed as independent exhibitors in the trade fair media and in the online exhibitor directory. They will also receive their own account for the analytica Exhibitor Shop as well as one free exhibitor pass.

Services

1) Included Services

The following chargeable services are automatically included in the application:

  • Communication fee: basic entry in our print and online media as well as further communication services.
  • AUMA fee: the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges all exhibitors a contribution of € 0.60 net per square meter of rented exhibition space. This contribution is calculated by the organizer and paid directly to AUMA.
  • Fixed-rate waste disposal fee: basic waste disposal before, during and after the fair.
  • Advance payment for services: fixed-rate advance payment for services such as electricity, water and telephone connections. The advance payment will be offset against the services actually used after the event.

The above items will be charged with the admission invoice.

2) Additional Services

Further services such as stand construction and related equipment details (e.g. partition walls, carpeting, electricity), technology as well as exhibitor passes and advertising materials can be booked via our Exhibitor Shop from Fall 2025.

Placement process

1) Start of placement

Hall layout begins on 10.04.2025 and all exhibitors registered by that date will be considered in the first placement round.

2) Sending placement proposal

Expected beginning of June 2025 you will receive a placement proposal incl. hall plan (by email).

3) Feedback placement proposal

You agree with your placement?
Then please confirm your placement proposal within the set deadline.
Please note: by confirming the placement proposal, the registration becomes legally valid. From this point on, cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your trade fair appearance.

You do not agree with your placement?
Then you can either request an alternative placement or withdraw your registration free of charge.

Please respond to your placement proposal within the specified deadline by either clicking the appropriate button to confirm or reject it.

Entry exhibitor directory

Step 1: Log in to the Exhibitor Shop as soon as you have received your access link.

Step 2: Click on "Media Services/Media Entry and Media Services" in the shop.

Step 3: Complete your company entry in the analytica media and/or book additional package offers or advertising opportunities.

Please note: With the mandatory communication fee, you already have five entries in the product and service directory and two entries in the application directory included.

Invoicing

1) Admission invoice

Admission invoices will be sent out in December 2025. Payment deadline is January 2026.

Important: Please send important information for invoicing (e.g. order/purchase order numbers or "different invoice recipient" form) to projektleitung@analytica.de by the end of October at the latest. According to the special conditions of participation B, a later invoice rewriting is only possible for a fee of 50.00 EUR.

2) Final invoice

The final invoices will be sent out around end of April 2026.

According to the special conditions of participation B, a later invoice rewriting is only possible for a fee of 50.00 EUR.

Cancellation of the trade fair appearance

1) Cancellation free of charge

Application for analytica is initially non-binding. Therefore, in the phase between registration and confirmation of the placement proposal, there are no cancellation fees.

2) Cancellation with costs

By confirming your placement proposal, the registration becomes legally valid. From this point on, cancellation fees will apply if you cancel your trade show appearance. Cancellation must be made in writing to projektleitung@analytica.de.

Cancellation fees: If the stand can be re-rented, the cancellation charges will be 25 percent of the participation fee. If it is no longer possible to sublet the stand, 100 percent of the participation fee will be charged. More information can be found in item "A5" of the General Conditions of Participation.
