When will the next analytica take place in München?

The next analytica will take place from April 24–26, 2024, at the Messe München trade-fair center in Munich.

Does analytica have a supporting program?

Yes, there is a very diverse supporting program at analytica. Here, the focus is on knowledge transfer and exchange: analytica's supporting program is a practice-oriented platform for new contacts, best practice tips and the illustration of current trends using case studies and live demonstrations.

What is the analytica conference and where can I find additional information about it?

The analytica conference takes place on the first three days of the trade show at the ICM and is the scientific highlight of analytica. Renowned experts from all over the world will report on new developments in analytics.

Am I allowed to bring my dog onto the exhibition grounds of Messe München?

No, according to Messe München´s house and user rules it is not allowed to bring animals onto the exhibition grounds with the exception of guide dogs and other assistance dogs.

Where and until when can online tickets be ordered?

Online tickets can be ordered via our Ticket Shop .

Please follow our instructions here, which will take you step-by-step through the ticket ordering process. Please have your online voucher number / voucher link ready or pay for your order with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) Paypal or Giropay.

What are the benefits of buying my ticket or redeeming my voucher online?

  • You can go directly into the fair without waiting.
  • You receive a discount when you purchase a ticket online.
  • You can view your orders at any time and, if necessary, print out your online ticket again (e.g. if the first printout is illegible).
  • You can print out an invoice / receipt.
  • If you make a mistake entering your personal data, you can change it.

Why do I have to register and enter my e-mail address to buy a ticket or redeem a voucher online?

  • Online Tickets are personalized and registration is necessary to ensure comprehensive service and security standards when ordering and using online tickets.
  • We do our best to organize the fair and continue developing it to meet your needs and interests. Answering the registration questions helps us to keep the fair even more oriented to your needs.
  • We need your e-mail address to send you your Mobile Ticket, your Print@home Ticket and your customer login by e-mail.
  • Your ticket will only be sent to the e-mail address that you provide during registration.

Can I purchase online tickets or redeem vouchers online for other people?

No, due to data protection guidelines, everyone must purchase their own ticket or redeem their own voucher themself.

As each ticket is personalized, it is not possible to order tickets for others as well.

When I register, can I redeem multiple vouchers for myself?

Yes, but the number of vouchers that each person can redeem is limited to the number of days of the fair.

If you have received a voucher, the ticket is free of charge to you because the exhibitor who invited you to the fair is paying for it. Because the exhibitor is only charged for the ticket when you pass through the turnstiles to attend the fair, there is no need to cancel or inform our ticket service if you do not use the ticket.

Is my ticket transferable?

No, tickets containing personal data (e.g. with your name) are not generally transferable.

  • Even multi-day tickets can be used by only one person.
  • Important: Since online tickets are personal and non-transferable, when checked on site, an official photo ID must be presented.
  • Any barcode that has already been validated will be recognized as such at the electronic entry gates and the holder of a copied or duplicate online ticket will be refused entry.
  • If you have lost your ticket and are afraid that the finder might use it to gain access to the trade fair, please e-mail registrierung@messe-muenchen.de , to have your lost ticked blocked.

How and when will I receive my Ticket?

Once you have finished ordering your ticket online, you can download and save it in PDF format or as Mobile Ticket.

In addition, you will also receive your ordered ticket as a Mobile Ticket and as a Print@home Ticket (pdf attachment) within 24 hours by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. Please keep an eye out for an e-mail sent by: ticketing@messe-muenchen.de .

Please take your Mobile Ticket or Print@home-ticket with you on each day of the trade fair, as it entitles you to direct access to the event for every day that you have booked. Simply scan the unique barcode which can be found on every ticket.

Important: Your online ticket is only valid together with an official photo ID.

What should I do if I don't receive an e-mail with my Ticket?

Once you have placed your order, you can download and save it in PDF format. In addition, you will also receive your ordered ticket as a Mobile Ticket and as a Print@home Ticket (pdf attachment) by e-mail to the address you provided. You should receive that e-mail (Sent by: ticketing@messe-muenchen.de ) right away, but in some cases it may take up to 24 hours after you place your order.

  • In rare cases, e-mails may end up in your e-mail account's spam filter. Please check your spam folder or contact your administrator.
  • It is also possible that you made a mistake when you entered the e-mail address in your customer profile. In this case please contact our visitor hotline at registrierung@messe-muenchen.de .

What should I do if I lose my ticket?

If you want to print out your ticket again (e.g. if you lose it) or if you prefer to do so only just before you travel, you can easily do so at any time using the access data to your Messe München account. If you have any questions about this or need any support, please contact the analytica ticket service at registrierung@messe-muenchen.de .

Can I use my Smartphone or tablet to display my ticket and gain access to the fair?

Yes, the readers at the turnstiles will recognize the barcode displayed on your ticket.

On which days of the fair can I use my ticket / multiple-day ticket to attend the fair?

  • If you have a valid ticket, you may attend the fair on the day or days of your choice. Multiple-day tickets do not have to be used on consecutive days.
  • If (in exceptional cases) your ticket is only valid on a specific day(s), the day(s) on which the ticket is valid will be printed explicitly on the ticket.

Payment

How much do online tickets cost?

Tickets sold at the reduced online price may only be purchased online. Prices for analytica are available here.

How can I pay for my online ticket?

We accept the following credit cards:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • American Express

as well as payment via Giropay und PayPal.

The invoice for the ticket purchase will be sent to you by e-mail.

Is it possible to cancel a ticket that has been ordered?

If the customer is a consumer as defined by Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the customer may cancel the transaction in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) without providing a reason within 2 weeks.

Cancellation within the cancellation deadline is only possible until the point in time that the ticket loses its validity.

How can I receive an invoice / receipt?

The invoice for an online ticket purchase will be sent to you by e-mail. In addition, your Messe München account will subsequently also contain an overview of your orders and invoices. When tickets are purchased at the venue, the invoice will be sent to you via e-mail.

Please activate your Messe München account using your e-mail address and an individual password. In the acount you can enter a change of address or download and print tickets and invoices.

Why should I activate my Messe München accounts?

  • You can print purchased or redeemed tickets (again)
  • You can view the receipt / invoice for purchased tickets and print it if required
  • You can check and change the data you have entered
  • You can download the analytica App
  • It contains a link for invoices / receipts for any tickets that you purchase
  • You can verify and update the information in your profile
