Many of our services are already included in the participation fee—for significantly more visibility and reach. Below you will find an overview of the most important services. Visitor marketing
Optimum results for minimum effort—we support you in attracting visitors with professional invitation and contact management to address your interested parties directly. Retain existing customers and gain new customers.
Exhibitors and co-exhibitors have the possibility to order online vouchers via the Exhibitor Shop. Use them to invite your customers and partners to your trade show booth. Afterwards, you can use the ticket registration to evaluate all redeemed vouchers—easily and conveniently. Please remember that the success of your trade fair participation depends to a large extent on how well you have managed your visitor marketing in advance.
With the lead tracking products Scan2Lead (adventics) and LeadSuccess (convey), you as an exhibitor simply record all visitor information digitally and in real time at the touch of a button by scanning the barcodes on the visitor badges. This gives you access to the visitor's registration data, which you can edit individually and supplement with additional information. All data scanned at your booth is immediately available in your personal portal, from which you can export all information as an Excel file.

Visitor Guide : The analytica Visitor Guide is available free of charge to all visitors at the trade fair in large numbers. It contains detailed hall plans, an up-to-date list of exhibitors and comprehensive information on the analytica supporting programme. Take advantage of this opportunity to effectively present your company with a logo and advertisement in the Visitor Guide and attract the attention of analytica visitors.

You will also soon be able to order customizable banner templates with your booth number from the exhibitor shop.
Exhibitors at analytica have the opportunity to apply to give a presentation at the analytica forums. A free tool is available for this purpose in the exhibitor shop. An independent programme committee decides on acceptance.
Requirements: Only registeres exhibitors, topics from the analytica exhibition area, maximum 30 minutes, non-promotional, brief description
Costs: EUR 900 (plus VAT), payable only if the presentation is accepted and due for payment with the final invoice
