Prices for stand space only

Find out about participation opportunities and conditions for analytica. We offer you attractive variety at fair prices—so that your trade-fair appearance will be perfect.

Your stand space at analytica

Do you already have a stand concept or do you want to take care of the design, planning, construction and dismantling of your stand yourself? Then you only pay for the pure stand space (stand construction not included) The space costs consist of the participation price (price per square meter of your stand space) and transparent additional costs.

Choose your desired area. You can choose from four variants starting from 12 sqm.

The following prices are participation fees for stand space only per square meter of exhibition space. They do not include designing, planning or building your stand or setup and dismantling. The minimum size is 12 square meters.

AUMA fee
(the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry (AUMA) charges all exhibitors a contribution of € 0.60 net per square meter of rented exhibition space. This contribution is calculated by the organizer and paid directly to AUMA)

(fixed-rate advance payment for services such as electricity, water and telephone connections. The advance payment will be offset against the services actually used after the event)

Energy cost surcharge
(in principle, the participation fee includes the costs for lighting, heating and air conditioning of all exhibition spaces. However due to the recent sharp rise in energy prices, Messe München GmbH is forced to charge an energy cost surcharge in addition)
